Heh.
I just wish that it were more dangerous for the protesters to block traffic in *Austin*. I don't know how bad it's been this week, but last week, there were several intersections (and for a number of hours, a *bridge* across the river!) blocked.
I decided early last week that I would plan on *not* going downtown for awhile, worried that the federal buildings, state buildings, etc. might be targets. This week, I'm not planning on going downtown for awhile because I don't know if I'll get stuck in traffic somewhere due to protesters blocking off 2 of the 3 reasonable routes for me to get someplace. :P
(Maybe someone needs to point out just how much gasoline is being wasted per minute, and how much air pollution is being produced per minute, every time a street is blocked.)
Or just install cowcatchers on the front of a few large vehicles . . .
