Erik, you are clearly an intelligent person and I have always enjoyed reading your posts - even when you are being abrasive, so please know that this next comment was made in a friendly way and said with a great deal of respect: You certainly can be a stubborn and opinionated pinhead at times. Having said that, I think that we should just agree to disagree here. We have both laid out our arguments and defended our positions, and I don't think that either one of us are going to change our position. Can we at least agree to that?
