The Economist just did a comparison of China to India. China has been blowing India away in growth for the past 25 years or so. There were a lot of reasons cited, but it basically comes down to bureacracy and corruption. Interesting that India is worse than China on that. The Economist said that things started to improve a little in India in the 90's, but it didn't seem that India was likely to match China's growth any time soon, if ever. -- "Erik Reuter" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://www.erikreuter.net/ _______________________________________________ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
