I think so.  But it's also possible to apply any label to a person with
the *intent* of stigma, depending on who's applying what label.

The problem with labelling is that you oversimplify the person
labelled.  You apply the label, and then think you know a lot more about
that person than you do.  500 labels on one person still wouldn't tell
you anything of great depth about them.  And once you've labelled
someone, it's *so* much easier to be dismissive about them.
