Yes, from the Indian subcontinent. I guess Afghans probably fell in the same caegory as well. I somehow doubt that they were lumped with the whites. There *is* a significant difference in skin tones. :) Hitler is possibly the only person I can think of who thought of Indians as Aryans - the impression I garnered from other sources is sort of 'the descendants of the Aryans who invaded that part of the world..not quite true Aryans'. Hitler, otoh, offered to make Dhyanchand a General in the Third Reich after the Berlin Olympics.
