I used to have a lot more respect for Wentworth, as well.  Glad I moved
out of his district now.  (Ogden is my senator now, but I don't know
that he's all *that* much better.)  

I learned the pledge to the US flag in kindergarten.  My kindergarten
teacher used to go over what it all meant when she was teaching little
kids the pledge, but some parents complained at some point, so she
stopped.  Complaining that your kid is being offered an understanding of
what he's saying every morning?  Puh-LEASE!
