No, that's only half of it - that's the "flip." The "flip-flop" is when you flip, and then go back - or in Kerry's case on the Iraq war, go back, and go back, and go back.... In this case, I have no doubt that the next time the Democrats draft, errr nominate a draft-dodger to run against a Republican war-hero that Presidential military service will again be as irrelevant as it was in the 1990's to them.
