Of course -- I realized the distinction when I wrote that.  I wrote it
because what the Fool is expressing is not non-belief, it is clearly
belief-in-not.

Indeed. "Strong atheism", or nontheism, or possibly antitheism. Which can be considered a belief, depending how it's expressed. Or just a conviction.
