Being tried in court by an independent judiciary charged to protect constitutional rights is the difference between governed by law and ruled by monarchs. Bush acts as monarch when he imprisons people without judicial and legal oversight (even when he later feels compelled to try his victims in a star chamber), the U.S has yet to see if Obama will claim such authority. _______________________________________________ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
