Because someone, somewhere, has decided that we all need to see ads for Viagra every hour of the day, no matter where we are, and no matter how relevant they are to what we're doing at the moment. I suspect that that person works for the ad agency that's promoting Viagra.

(And apparently they're determined enough to get those ads in front of us that they don't mind people going to what would be heroic lengths to defeat even the strongest email spam filters to get them into our email inboxes, as well.)
