I left out the nasty things it said about me ;-) And.. lots of detail,
which explained a bit more what they meant by each of those bullet
points.

Yes, and I was skeptical at first, but then we tried a few things
making use of the information. Presenting stuff to a group in
different ways according to who we were trying to communicate with and
their preferences. It worked well - and I found it really hard work.
