actually us teachers, like civil servants, get paid leave for "international sport" like Europeans, Worlds, Paganello etc. So teachers playing ultimate at a high level get 13 weeks holiday plus time off for tournaments hard life eh! Rodders point is not that he can't get the time off, more of a professional level that he doesn't WANT to take time off during term time...
