Ok, now I'm writing it in detail.
In OGV-meteor/OGV/ I run "meteor"
I don't know why it is showing proxy as I have diable proxy on my system
It gaves me error as:

=> Started proxy.
=> Started MongoDB.
=> Errors prevented startup:
While processing files with templating (for target web.browser):
index.html:2: Can't set DOCTYPE here. (Meteor sets <!DOCTYPE html> for
you)
=> Your application has errors. Waiting for file change.
