Yeah, I now realized there were some commits re the limited API. I doubt that this is going to work without changes in the bindings.

I'd suggest reverting the minimal APi stuff. I have a working build environment now it seems, so I should be able to build bindings for Python 3.11 and then NVDA is good to go.

Yes, PR 432 has no impact on the Python stuff. It's the limited API stuff 
that's causing that one. Is Python 3.8 maybe too old for it?

In fact, I can't even build the Python bindings for Linux anymore. Maybe it's 
because my system isn't the absolute latest, but, even so, that's not good. I'm 
starting to not like it.

With issues, I mean this one this time:

c:/mingw/bin/../lib/gcc/mingw32/6.3.0/../../../../mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot
find -lucrt
I wonder if there's a missing package.
