the legacy tunables, or private props will not be displayed
by dladm. i.e, if I do "dladm show-linkprop", it will only display
public properties. If I *know* the name of a private property,
then I could obtain its values by
  # dladm show-linkprop -p _private_prop_name
and I would be able to view its value.

There have been requests from QE etc. that dladm should
support some way of listing private property names, and if
we choose to support this request, then we should figure
out how to list the names in dladm's columnar format, but
we have not crossed that bridge yet (and that is out of the
scope of PSARC 2008/171).
