Don't get me started on this. Both FreeBSD and Linux suck when supporting
multi cores. I don't need to ask F5 networks for this. FYI, quite a few major
ISPs use FreeBSD like the New York Internet and they are pretty satisfied with
it.

What do you mean ? It does resemble FreeBSD kernel in every way, they frequently
sponsor people to work on the FreeBSD kernel. Like they did sponsor Jeff
Roberson
for working on Soft Updates + Journaling. AFAIK they are also sponsoring some
guys to make the mips port of FreeBSD stable. Lot of FreeBSD committers work
for Juniper. Do you need more explanation?

Why wouldn't you ? Take a look at this if you need more explanation

FYI NetApp and Nokia both of them use FreeBSD for their networking
equipment.

Oh is it? From my experience most of the commercial companies use Linux because
they need vendor support. Give us proper technical reasons for this. Have you
tried using FreeBSD or even Linux (seeing your mailer agent i feel it is highly
unlikely that you have). Atleast troll sensibly.
