Consider it tipped! I've had to use ddrescue one two more HDs in the last week. 
One was 100% (and 
would probably have been OK with dd despite reporting it was about to expire 
with an "End to end 
error") while the other still had 13 bad sectors the last time I checked it. 
Fortunately, we have 
another tool (Windows proprietary - drivesnapshot) that can match sector 
numbers to files on an 
NTFS filing system and pull the affected files from an old backup.
