As already pointed out, info can be translated into DVI, Postscript,
or HTML.
In addition to the EMACS and TkInfo interfaces pointed out there is
another console interface with Lynx like bindings called pinfo (i.e.
you can use the arrow keys to traverse links). 0.5.9 is the latest
version. It is a package in Debian, otherwise here is the homepage:

Keep in mind that some of the people you are yelling at wrote this
software and its documentation in their FREE time. They are
volunteers and this is Free software. If you honestly expect
people here to help you, you might consider asking politely next
time.
