I don't see the point of creating yet another stepmake template
(make/lilypond-book-*.make) for makefile code that is worthwhile for only
one
directory; I mean, we're not going to have several directories with several
lp-book
regression tests, are we?
I'll have time for LilyPond on Thursday and Wednesday, including for
looking at these
patches.
