I don't see any manual lilypond-book, or the iffy LILYPOND_BOOK_COMMAND
that I added,
in the abc2ly and musicxml regression tests. However, lilypond-book
definitely
*does* get called somehow.
If at all possible, I'd like the lilypond-book regtests to *also* use
this "built-in"
lilypond-book call. I've been unable to figure out where that happens or
how it gets
called, but perhaps John can help with this later in the week.
