Regarding comment 6 by Graham:
In all other regtest cases (abc2ly or musicxml), lilypond-book does not
have to be
called for each test case. Lilypond-book is only automatically called on
the whole list
of test cases, but each test case has to be run manually (i.e. defined in a
stepmake
template) through abc2ly or musicxml2ly. The lilypond-book test cases
similarly need to
be run through lilypond-book, which cannot be done automatically.
