This reply assures me that generating *.info files will be OK. But it
says nothing about generating DVI.

I have cyrillic .texi sources to be shipped along with software
package. I wish everybody to be able to recreate DVI documentation
from those sources. Then there should be a `standard' set of TeX
packages to recommend to everybody. Does this set ever exist?

The rest of this message has nothing to do with Texinfo. Perhaps this
discussion should go to some mailing list, but I do not know its name
:(.

1) There no anti- spam measures that impose no burden on replier.

2) Editing header takes very little time compared with reading of
original message that is careful enough to enable useful reply (and
creating such a reply).

3) Adding `nospam' is not my idea. I borrowed it from xemacs mailing
list postings. And AFAIK it is still popular there. So you should
also talk to xemacs correspondings using this technique (and many
others).

So

If you want to reply by mail, remove the obvious from mail address.

But since I have got on mailing list, I should receive the reply
anyway.

Thanks.
