Arnetta mercara (Coorg Forest Hopper) is endemic to the Western Ghats, so yours 
is not that. It could be a Dusky Partwing (=Coon; in any case, Psolos fuligo), 
but as I said, I can’t be sure from this picture.

I checked on some Forest Hopper images on the net and they aren't as dark as 
the one I got. Could mine not be a Coon?

572 is a male Dark Archduke (Lexias dirtea). No page for this species on
