I also think that using 'BVAL 'in any form of capitalisation is definitely easier to defend as trademark than "BeanValidation". Sorry for being so picky about that, but I really don't like having to CANCEL another official TLP vote :) For the proposal, it's important to get it down _exact_ We now got the following suggestions for the capitalisation 1.) BVal 2.) bVal 3.) bVaL 4.) BVAL Which one do you like most? Don't forget, this will be our official project name! Feel free to add another derivation if you feel like it. Btw, Matt, Gerhard and I are pretty often available online on irc.freenode.net channels #myfaces and #openwebbeans Such things are a bit easier to prepare having realtime interaction and feedback. Of course we will drop any result of our discussions back to the mailing list.
