Even the Diamond X30 would do a good job. 4.5 foot tall with 3.0 on VHF and
5.5 on UHF. Just make sure your attic does not solar barrier inside it.
Also just for fun where are you located and what repeaters do you plan on
using?

Ps  Even before the 34/94 refit that was done awhile ago we were hitting
the 34/94 from Seawolf Park in Galveston with the above antenna. True it
was up 50 feet or so with 50 watts of power........
