Well Bob it’s almost always Congress isn’t it? If you’ve got the money honey, they’ve got the solution. Same with homeowners associations and their multi-gazillionaire lobbyists. But that’s what I was referring to when alluded to the ARRL. I doubt they can save us but at least they have a better attitude now than they did before the change in ARRL leadership.
