To the best of my knowledge we already have a Net Manager....Big John K5LKJ
is the net manager for BVARC. I think he mainly focuses on the
Wednesday Night net (essentially being the sole NCS), and he manages who is
up when on the Stir-Crazy net. I think that for a while there Mike Hardwick
was managing the Monday night net NCS list. I agree with Maurice that
having more NCS folks is better than having a bureaucratic role that just
counts beans. John does a ton for us with his NCS duties *and *keeping the
list of controllers is fantastic (he even sends out a periodic bulletin to
net controllers and backup net controllers he has on his list). Whenever we
Stir-Crazy NCS folks know we can't make it ahead of time we email John and
he reaches out to the backup folks if we don't have their information
direc. Just and FYI.

That's what I know.

*Eddie*, for today's Stir-Crazy Net (Wednesday January 28th 2026) we had:

   - WX5KR Net Control
   - KJ5IZK
   - KJ5OBW
   - W5RGO
   - KI5HEV
   - KI5SKL
   - KD5AT
   - KJ5MVN
   - W5CHB
   - KI5NPM
   - K3MBC

Thanks and 73!
