Nope. Multi-tasking. Plus some days are slower than others. And there are some tasks I happen to do faster than others. No need to install Etch. I downloaded the KTurtle package using wget, extracted the package using dpkg-deb on my Ubuntu laptop, and ran it with command line options from a terminal.
