Good suggestions, but my only concern is, with 13-14 topics on the
agenda, even if we only devote 15 minutes per topic (and some will
clearly take longer than that, i.e., changes to structure of classes),
we are talking a meeting that is over three hours long! -- and that
isn't counting the time for the potluck meal, either.

It is my hope that we can start having meetings like this on a regular
basis, maybe once per quarter or so.

Remember, the goals of this meeting are to get volunteers better
acquainted with each other and with the Board; to come up with ideas for
improving the services ByteWORKS offers; and to improve communications.

Don't know ... suggestions, anyone?
