One possible strategy:

1) quickly go over history and background
2) highlight the main issues
3) make sure everyone has an e-mail account.  Those that don't, sign
them up for gmail.
4) make sure everyone is signed up on the Yahoo group and can
post/receive messages (first time users should send test posts)
5) make sure everyone has a wiki account and knows how to create and edit pages
6) make sure everyone knows how to use IM/Chat (I recommend Gtalk via a browser)
7) swap phone numbers and addresses
8) push detailed discussions on-line

You can implement this by pairing up those that know one part teach
another person.  For example, you can have someone who knows how to
post to the Yahoo group teach another person how to sign up and send a
post.
