I vaguely remember that we agreed to start with the top-level site
(http://xerces.apache.org/) to develop a look and feel for the
sub-projects. I started writing content once but have just never found the
time to learn how to create/build a site using Forrest. If someone who
knows how to do that were to setup the infrastructure I'd be happy to fill
in the details.
