Yes, those "urgent requirements" are always funny... This guys is spamming almost every programmer group on Yahoogroups. At least, every one that I read. I looks like he's desperate as lately he started to add stuff like: don't send your CV if you don't have ALL the skills, etc. It looks like some people did send their CVs, but they didn't find the programmers they want. And the skills they require are really hilarious: C++ Kernel Programming, HTML, VB and SQL.
