Jean, A few brief comments: - the first 2 lines in the Interface table in 3.3 seem wrong? I assume create_transfer should be in the 'method' column and should be on the 2nd line?
- the interface table doesn't show imported interfaces, which would include lxml.etree; the new Manifest Schema; DataObjectCache interfaces; IPS and CPIO commands/APIs; etc - I don't really follow the UML sequence diagram in 3.6: it seems to show the Engine communicating directly with CPIO, by-passing the Transfer Checkpoint?
