ti_install.py:
- since the code to run "ict_set_user_role" is removed, the definition
for IPS_TRANSFER
in the file can be removed as well. It's only used by the
ict_set_user_role ICT.
ict.py:
- setup_rbac() function. Is there a reason why the UserattrFile object
in pkg.cfgfiles
is not used for manipulating /etc/user_attr entries?
