I've never used a wireless headset, so can't comment on particular
models. I've been pretty happy with Plantronics wired headsets I've
used for communications (earphones plus microphone). The mic can flip
up when you want to be "off the air".

One problem I've observed was a combination of the microphone being
too heavy and/or the attachment to the head not sturdy enough. WHen
the caller moved (that's why you want a wireless headset, right?) the
microphone shifted around, almost falling off, and sound varied
between way loud and nothing. So do some head shaking when you are
trying them out.
