Same thing happens with both versions of spandsp: the call starts, the
T.38 session is successfully established, and then Callweaver correctly
sends CED, v21-preamble, CSI, DIS, no-signal. The other side however
just sends CNG, and eventually times out and sends a DCN.
You're going through a NAT. Does the other side actually get any
RTP/T.38 traffic coming from Callweaver? If you make a normal call, do
you get two-way voice?
Also you're setting various fax-related variables (LOCALSTATIONID,
LOCALHEADERINFO). Try without them.
Finally, try to Answer() the call, Wait(4) seconds or so, then RxFAX().
Maybe the other side doesn't like us starting too early?
