Well, I think it was rather a blanket statement to say the 5400 crashes. Cisco have produced some really flaky T.38 software, and some good stuff. I don't think the issue is 5300 vs 5400, but which software revision they are running. One would hope that new versions become more polished. Sadly, it seems more erratic than that.
