Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote of 114-21 with 16
abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces from
Cambodia.Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution
A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of
Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.Oct. 14, 1987 The UN General Assembly adopted a
resolution A/RES/42/3 calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign
troops from Cambodia.Nov. 3, 1988 the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution
A/RES/43/19 reiterating its call for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign
troops from Cambodia. As of today, Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese
troops despite the call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her
occupation of Cambodia since 1988.Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and

There is no doubt that the Hun's, the Chea's, the Heng's and their associates
have created their own dynasty using their CPP communistic infrastructures to
control Cambodia. If you look around Cambodia, you will see their huge
commercial billboards engraving the three CPP gangs smiling at you... The
billboards like that are supposed to be used for commercial advertisement and
paid for by private companies. The CPP is using public funds all year round to
advertise their party, party's leaders and to make it known that they are in
Cambodia permanently. It will take years and tons of money to remove those
billboards.The CPP headquarters are bigger and nicer than most state buildings
and the CPP party's leaders live better than Cambodian royalty. This indicates
how the CPP leaders value their Party... The Party is first, then everyone else
is last.
I am afraid you are right, that there will be more defectors to the CPP. Some
will just be too old, tired and quit. It's logical. Non-CPP Cambodian
politicians are facing with moral, ethical and financial bankruptcy. Many of
them are in politics hoping to become "somebody" and for personal interests.
How much longer can those people stick around to confront intimidation,
rejection, frustration in a rat racing political "bridge to nowhere?"
Despite all the challenges, Cambodians must come together to save our nation.
Millions of courageous people came out to vote for the non-CPP parties. They
are the truest foundation for Cambodian solutions and we must not let them
down. They bet their life against the CPP. That's why responsible politicians
and political leaders have to do things differently now. They must unite. It is
a huge waste of money, energy and time to go on with the "status quo."
Enough excuses!
