1970's PROPAGANDA

TO ALL OUR FELLOW COUNTRYMEN

Our people enjoyed peace for almost fifteen years, during which time the people
of our neighboring countries suffered endlessly from the war brought about by
the American imperialists and their lackeys. Cambodia was in such a peaceful
and prosperous condition that it used to be the “ Island of Peace of Indochina
.” This peace, prosperity and well-being was due to the leadership of Prince
Norodom Sihanouk.
But at present, Cambodia is endangered because of the deposition of Prince
Sihanouk from his position of Chief of State by the clique of Lon Nol, Sirik
Matak, and Cheng Heng, all faithful servants of the American imperialists. They
resorted to using a plan of the reactionary National Assembly and Royal
Advisory Council to accomplish their aim of placing Cambodia under the
neo-colonialist regime of the American imperialists, and align it with other
American satellite countries…
All the young men and women should enlist in the Liberation Army in order to
liberate our country and protect the people. People should coordinate with the
Front to eliminate the agents of the American CIA, and spies of the Lon Nol
clique from the liberated areas. In addition, those who have relatives serving
in the Lon Nol Government either as civil servants or soldiers, should make
efforts to convince them to abandon their posts and join the People’s
Liberation Army led by Samdech Sihanouk….

Forest to
fight Lon Nol, didn't he? So much for your peacefull solution.

Solving a problem peacefully without bloodshed is always better than going to
war. Fighting a war must only be a last resort. Obtaining independence from the
French through peaceful mean like Sihanouk had done was better than killing
each other like Ho Chi Minh/Nguyen Van Giap had done.

Don't need to be rocket scientist to know uncle Ho fought the french before

If uncle Ho is the father of independence for the whole country, mith Sihanouk

With due respect to Historian Joe from America, the the battle of Dien Bien Phu
occurred between March and May 1954, after Cambodia obtained its independence
from France. Unlike Vietnam that obtained its independence from France with
bloodshed, Cambodia did not shed a single drop of blood. That was the genius of
Norodom Sihanouk.

Taprom dude,

Since you are born one year before the independence, it makes you a french
subject.
You can apply for french citizenship easily.

The test is so simple, like "quelle est la couleur du cheval blanc, d'Henry 4."

When I did my test to become American, one of the question is "what is the
color of the White House".
Not much challenge, if Chauve Bury can do it, any idiot can do it, including
me, no offense.

Actually, the french gave independence to Cambodia because they were having
their arses kicked
by uncle Ho at Dien Bien Phu. Cambodia and Laos were never really french
chasse-gardee.
The idea of fighting the french with wooden gun is purely Sihanouk fantasy and
propaganda, he rather
fought the french with champagne and foie-gras.
Sihanouk did a lot of bad thing in his miserable life, but he does deserve to
be the father of independence,
it just happened under his reign.

 America
