I do not think Hun sen fired Ke Kimyan because he was very honest military leader. This guy lowns land from Kampot to Poipat Hun sen fired him because he allied himself with Hun Sen opponent politically. Whenever civilian leader can fire military leader, it is a good thing people. Bush fired (forced retirement) generals who do not listen to him.
