It is so absolutely naive and downright dumb to see and think that Hun Sen
is a civilian leader, while the man controls just about every military
commander in the whole country. Basically, Hun Sen is a military dictator.

Likewise, it naive to think that democracy is measured by the number of
elections held and the number of international observers turing up a few
minutes at the polling booths.
