This type of accusation is not a good persuasion. For, there are a
number of vietnamese leading in several government entity. It does not
mean they are manipulating that particular country, and secretly
sharing state document with the Vietnamese government.

It is a logical mess to associate all Vietnamese as secretly
conspiring to rule other countries. I find it not the case.

Hun Sen is quite an oppressive person, I agree. There's alot of
confusion for many who haven't followed history of why and how Hun Sen
came into power. Internally, there's lots of rumors, etc...Let me give
you a hint.

Back in the days of the Vietnam war, Sihinouk travelled to nation
closest to the border of Cambodia to prevent any warfare happening in
Cambodia by establishing diplomacy with them. Lon Nol under Sihinouk
leadership took advantage to conspire Sihinouk to exile. This was
during a heated anti-Viet time in Cambodia. Sihinouk, furious, helped
the Khmer Rouge to get rid of Lon Nol and his governance. However, the
Khmer Rouge Party have other plans than to listen to the king.

A series of quick thinking done by the Viets eliminated the Khmer
Rouge leading to this day.

As future holders in the Cambodian country, we must teach the young
not to associate all Viets as bad people. Many of them who live in the
US, and went to engineering school with me are quite the opposite from
this negative view of Viets. The ones in Cambodia maybe are negative,
I'm sure the ones in government are, but it might not be the regular
civilian who are negative.
