You are obsoluely right about this one. It's not right to accuse
anyone as something that they may or may not be.
Sam Rainsy called Hun Sen as a Vietnamese during his campaign against
Hun Sen in late 80s. What kind of person is that?
Now, many people are accusing Cambodian government bodies as
Vietnamese. Most of those loud mouth comes from the people who
actually are not living in the country. They do it because they don't
like the government and the way they govern. It's not wrong to dislike
something like that. It's very wrong to label someone as something
they may or may not. They accused current of promoting Vietnamese to
be in government hight ranking officials. Why is it? Is it that they
don't like it. That's why they are saying it?
Remember! Cambodians have been doing that for a very long time. That's
why they are fighting each other endlessly. That's why they kill each
other like what we've seen so far.

This is what we've seen. Cambodians are not educated, hence they don't
know anything.
Cambodians are not that stupid. They full well what they are doing.
The major problem is that they cannot let go their self destructive
culture. They practice corruption and impunity as their normal daily
life. They don't want to improve themselves.
On the other hand, Cambodians cannot be like others. They can only be
what they are. Don't expect them to know the laws and their rights
etc...... like we do here under the under developped countries. They
can only manage themselves, no others could.

They don't want to do it because they see what they have.
Cambodian government lead their own country to where it is today. Do
you think it is bad today?
It's not that bad compare to what Cambodians have had in the last five
decades.
Actually they enjoy their own freedom and practice more than they did
before.
Remember the time that many peasants who knew nothing but to work in
the rice patty and/or being someone's slave. Many of those peasants
now get into their main stream economic movement. They find jobs in
factories. They own their own small businesses. DON'T TELL US THAT
CAMBODIANS ARE SO DUM AND POWERLESS.

Khmer Rouge move to victory with the support of those poor peasants.
They fought for their cause as Khmer Rouge told them. Don't tell us
that they don't understand anything.
