I was at a conference with a speech done by Sichan Siv. He was the US
Ambassodor to the UN on Economic and Social Affairs underneath Bush
appointment. Sichan Siv is a cambodian. He was a victim of the Khmer
Rouge. He also wrote the book called Golden Bones that went to stores
in July 1, 2008.

He told me there are a number of Vietnamese who opposed the Vietnamese
government for invading Cambodia. The current government of Cambodia
is as corrupt as can be. Even if Hun Sen is Vietnamese, he is no way
related to Vietnamese government in the current time. He has so much
money, power, and supporters that the Vietnamese can't even control.
In essence, the Viets loss control of their puppet.

Hun Sen, since he has so much power through corruption, there's no
need for him to be controlled by the Viets. Therefore, it's a seperate
problem that opposes the views of Terzani that the Viets is still in
control of the Cambodian Government.

If we are smart, then by taking control of the government through a
new prime minister at the next election will eliminate any doubt
regarding Viets occupation in Cambodia. We'll see.
