That's right. Let's put it in the prespective. RFA is a company who hire you to work for them. They can let you go anytime they want as long as they have a legitimate causes. They can say that the company doesn't need your service any longer. That is a legitimate cause. However, if that service is still performed by another person, then it is not just cause. RFA then would be suit. In Amerca, this is a civil lawsuit. I guess that Cambodians do not have that. If you think that the job is a right, then you are wrong. A company only have to prove just cause for termination. Due process is a great way to prove just cause. RFA can let you go because they are trying to cut expenses. So your service is no longer needed because another person with MORE SCENORIO is going to do that job. Then you have no complaint. Having said all of these things, don't think that it is a crime to let someone go from their job. It is not. It is a business transaction. I may be wrong here when we talk about Cambodian justice system. They may have something that I don't know. I just give of my view according to the American justice system. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Cambodia Discussion (CAMDISC) - www.cambodia.org" group.
