Eh. I really hate windows that appear and disappear quickly, and that's
what'll end up happening with a download under a couple of megs. What if
Camino could leverage Quartz in such a way that the download manager window
would appear, and then when it's done, instead of flashing gone instantly,
it faded out? It doesn't serve a /functional/ purpose, but it would probably
feel a lot better then POP and GONE.

Just throwing out ideas.
