Thanks Joe. You aren't having any problems because there is nothing really wrong with Camino :). As I say below, there is something wrong with my account but Camino is the one thing that won't work so I suspect there is a corrupt file somewhere. If I run it from another account, it works fine. I'm trying to track down what could be wrong in my account. I've deleted preferences, Application Support/FullCircle, Application Support/Camino. I don't know where else to look. I've made sure I have only one copy of Camino. I'm going to restart and see what happens.

Thanks for the help everyone
Marc

Still all pages render poorly at best, usually, unreadable. :(

Any weird plug-in left over ?

You mean Library/Internet Plug-Ins? I have PDF Browser Plugin.plugin.

ok

Here's the baffling thing. I have been traveling a lot for work. I use a
desktop at home and have my home directory on an external drive. I get
to it by symlinking /Users/mrespass to my home on the external. Then I
can shutdown, take the drive, plug it in at work, and keep going as if
nothing changed. I got home, don't remember what I did, but then Camino
stopped working. In fact, I've had a similar problem with Camino in the
past. I used to sync my PowerMac to my laptop and then sync back. I got
a desktop at work so I used my external drive. My home is in on the
external drive because I was syncing to it and the sync back to my
PowerMac failed one time and Camino was totally broken but when I used
my home on the external, everything worked fine so I stuck with it. Now
everything is still fine but I can't make Camino work for me. I really
want Camino back.

Do you see any messages in the console log ?

There isn't some other reality that would be a better chance for you to accept yourself than this one. This is it. Pay attention.
