I think someone described the scrolling to be like Dashboard behaves
( while one is adding/removing widgets after clicking the '+' in the
lower left corner) -
Clicking on the arrows on either side brings a fresh set of widget
buttons from either side into view.
Slick is the word (:

I think it's economic, slick, and won't interfere with dragging
tabs if the scrolling implementation is done well. (I get the
feeling it's gonna be!)
