The group of people who spend more than half their time in this room
or the one across the hall.
I could call that group of people "the team", but that causes all
sorts of other problems and misunderstandings, so I settle for "the
organization" on the grounds that I don't even know the names of
everyone in the organization and there's a very good chance I won't
pair with most of the developers in the organization this year.
