Yes that is my current thinking to. The points system accounts for
deltas in team velocity and actual productivity. As long as your
stories are consistently estimated, the fact you crack off some
stories faster will be reflected in the team velocity.
I agree. I am just trying to reconcile this with Kent's
accountability statement. Does this team based approach lower
individual accountability.
Does it matter?
Does anyone care about individual vs team productivity?
I don't - but management might.
